How about Wikimedia beginning to function as a website/blog hosting service? Such an alliance would make it possible to use wikilinks. Wiki software is already being used for personal and professional websites and blogs, but this would tie them together with Wikipedia itself.

Who can use it?

How will it be funded? a. Payment b. Advertising, such as Google Adwords c. testing
