[edit] Mistake
Sorry, that was my mistake. Been scanning for vandals for several hours, so when you see "starring in over 50 gay movies." The vandalism detector goes off :D ---Marcus- 10:17, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
- It was a user vanity page after all. It has now been deleted. ---Marcus- 10:48, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Stub
Hello,
Thank you for your stub submission. You may wish to note that it is preferable to use a stub template from Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Stub types instead of using simply {{stub}}, if you can.
Thanks! Ryanjunk 16:00, 9 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Circlist
I see that you have altered the description of the gay erotica site "Circlist" in the article "Circumcision." Have you visited that site to check whether your alteration is appropriate? 58.105.104.185 09:07, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
I see that you have altered the description of the gay erotica site "Circlist" in the article "Circumcision." Have you visited that site to check whether your alteration is appropriate? That IS what it is, and your alteration conceals this. It's NOT a site that an encyclopaedic article should be referring seekers of information to! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 58.105.104.185 (talk • contribs) .
Well, it isn't "obviously POV" to describe that site as "gay erotic fantasy." Did you look at it? I agree it could profitably be removed altogether. Why don't you make that suggestion on the discussion page? 58.105.104.185 09:32, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
Thank you. That site really *IS* gay erotic fantasy — no "POV" about it — and it certainly doesn't belong on a Wikipedia page that purports to be objectively and disinterestedly informative. 58.105.104.185 09:38, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] The Circlist website as an external link
Ah yes, so you did: "I'd like to hear how the site is considered important to the article. It looks like a bunch of biased/fantasy nonsense to me, but I don't know about the subject. Is it important enough to argue over, or can it just be removed? --Fuzzie (talk) 09:16, 10 March 2006 (UTC)" That's a good observation, but alas, you buried it in the middle of the discussion page where it will clearly never be noticed. Could you start a new heading for this so the issue is actually taken up? Ie:
[edit] New heading
Thanks. 58.105.104.185 09:41, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Gay erotic fantasy [etc]
Good point. Maybe you could reiterate it on the discussion page of the principal article. It *is* though in considerable measure erotic fantasy -- albeit both hetero- and homosexual and surely it doesn't belong as an external link in what purports to be an encyclopaedia article. 58.105.104.185 09:45, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] "Circlist" link in the circumcision article
Hmmm...OK. I wish the observation could be made a little sooner but never mind, if you're disposed to do it in a few days, so be it. A new heading will certainly be appropriate then though, surely. Thanks. 58.105.104.185 09:48, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
Well thank YOU! :) 58.105.104.185 10:58, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Question for you sir :)
Checked through the FAQ but didnt find anything, why are some users names in red and others in blue?
Thanks in advance bud. Uncle Mart 18:26, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] RE:User:Einsensteiner and User:Sn0rlax
Thanks for the heads-up. I've requested a CheckUser to be done on them, but it's going to take a while as there is a substantial backlog. -- Миборовский U|T|C|M|E|Chugoku Banzai! 23:17, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Paul Rubin
Are you a friend of Paul Rubin? I wonder why you nominated his article for speedy deletion. You should know that for the past ten years Paul Rubin has been attacking various chess officials on rec.games.chess.politics and therefore has made himself notable. Sam Sloan 16:00, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
- I see that you have speedily deleted the biography of Paul Rubin. You are simply wrong. Paul Rubin has been attacking various chess officials and the chess bureaucracy for more than ten years since the early 1990s. I am not a chess official and he has not been attacking me. However, he has deleted the biographies I wrote of various chess officials. By his long campaign against the chess bureaucracy, Paul Rubin has made himself notable. [edit] Thanks for fixing Warez
Thanks for putting back my POV fixes to the "Anti-warez" section of the Warez article. --71.241.136.108 18:21, 21 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] GEOweasel
Thanks for telling me you AfD'd it. Seriously, thanks. (On a highly related note, I removed the original notice because...well, it said I could if I had any objections.)—thegreentrilby 02:15, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] albia
Well, there's not much of Creatures beyond the first page and I feel that Albia overwhelmingly refers to the city than a world in a videogame, especially in an encyclopedia. But if you still disagree, change it back. Gflores Talk 04:01, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] My RfA
My RfA recently closed and it was a success, passing at 84-02-00. I would like to thank you for taking the time to weigh in and on your subsequent support. And I know it's quite cliche, but if you ever need any assistance and/or want another opinion on something, grab a Pepsi and don't hesitate to drop me a line on my talk page. Thanks again. [edit] ref tags in included pages
Thanks a lot for fixing the references right on the peer review subpage Wikipedia:Peer review/K. R. Narayanan/archive1. I'm sorry I screwed up the mainpage. Forgive my ignorance, and thanks again for pointing it out. -Pournami 05:26, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Images
Thanks for the heads-up. Navigating through the labrynth of copyright tags can be a bit difficult, but I thought that terms of the tag I chose had something to do with non-commercial use, and giving credit under the same terms as they're used on WP. Can you advise?
Also, since you seem to know more about the tags than I, what tag should you use for an image put out by a municipal/city government? The Tag page lists ones for federal and state governments, but not, that I can see, city ones. Thanks. Nightscream 06:14, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
- Okay, I don't mind if someone sells copies of WP with my images on them, but will this also allow someone to use them for commercial uses other than this? And as for municipal govt. works covered by Fair Use, which tag do I use for that? Thanks again. Nightscream 20:37, 29 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Talk page warnings
You do not appear to be an admin. Please correct me if I am wrong. Further, personal attacks (which I dispute that I have made) are not a blockable offense, so I must admit my confusion at your "warning". Are you suggesting that I have put others lives in danger, or what? Sam Spade 19:42, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
- Allow me to clear confusion: her warning never mentioned blocking, she mentioned policy, complete with link. KillerChihuahua?!? 21:25, 5 April 2006 (UTC)

- I've sneakily altered the gender in your comment ('he' to 'she'). I have a confusing username, I don't want people to become further confused. :) --Fuzzie (talk) 21:43, 5 April 2006 (UTC)

- My deepest apologies, Fuzzie! As another she who is usually referred to as "he" I should have been more careful. Thanks for the tactful hadling of my gaffe. KillerChihuahua?!? 18:47, 8 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] I totally screwed up The Dark Tower
As you can see if you compare my version to the ones prior, I tried adding and correcting some info in the Intro section of the article, but the bottom portions of it got erased. I tried clicking on a prior version to restore it, but when I hit the Edit button on that version, the erased portions still weren't there. Why does that happen? And how can you restore a prior version of a page that doesn't contain all the sections? Help! Nightscream 14:30, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
