[edit] Summery
Fuzzy Lumkins, an out-of-town forest redneck who lives by himself iscolated in the outskirts of townsville. An important note is that he viciously and mercilessly attacks anything and everything that gets on his property.
While trying to relax on his portch, the presense of a squirrel on his territory brings him out of his slumber. Fuzzy Lumkins ends up chasing a squirrel for getting on his property. He chases it straight into town where he gets hit head-on by a truck, sending his valuables flying everywhere.
Attempting to be kind to him, an elderly woman picks up his hat and tries to hand it back to him. He ignores the common curtisy but focuses on one misdemeanor: She was touching his hat/property...
Fuzzy, literally, sends her flying with one punch.
A man obliviously approaches Fuzzy with the well meant intent of returning the pipe that was scattered when the truck hit. Before the man could finish his sentence Fuzzy knocks him off camera. Another man tries to hand Fuzzy one of his boots that also went sailing, and Fuzzy knocks him down the street. As if compelled to by good etiquette a man tries to hand Fuzzy the last item scattered, his boomstick.
As another person tries to return his "property" Fuzzy Lumkins goes on a striaght out ballistic rage through Townsville, viciously beating anything and everyone that gets in his path whether they wronged him or not.
The Powerpuff Girls are called out of kindergarten to investigate the crime. They try to gather information from the victims but none seem to be willing to comply. They are either too physically hurt or too mentally tramuatized.
Finally Bubbles learns valuable information from a squirrel who gladly shows them where Fuzzy Lumkins is currently residing.
They crash in through his ceiling with the intent to confront him but are quickly punished for their recklessness when Fuzzy's attacks them with full rage. Luckily, they are saved by the squirrel who distracts Fuzzy by holding his precious banjo near the roaring fireplace.
The banjo ends up in Buttercup's hands(?) and she hits him over the head with it, subduing him.
