[edit] Company History

Started in his basement by Lance Collins in 2000 and launched "Iconic Fuze" in 2001 (though their headquarters did not leave Collins' basement until 2002). It is marketed as a health drink in Northern California. However, it wasn't much longer before the brand was spread throughout the United States. By 2003, the drink could be found from anywhere in the United States to the Caribbean. By 2004, Fuze had received immense growth in the drink market and began selling in Asia, South America and Europe. By 2003, Fuze decided to enter the energy drink market, by releasing its first energy drink called "Omega Energy". [1] This was reformulated in the following year and renamed "Fuze Mega Energy". Additional flavors were then added. [2] Then in 2005, Fuze Beverages partnered with Holley Performance to create "NOS Energy Drink". [3]
