Future Tenant is an interdisciplinary art space located at 819 Penn Avenue in the heart of Pittsburgh's Cultural District. With a focus on young and emerging art and artists, Future Tenant presents a variety of installation, performance, and literary arts events. These include individual and group visual artists, young and upcoming local bands, a ten minute play festival, and various other artistic events. The space is managed by a team of students from the Master of Arts Management program in the H. John Heinz, III School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University.
