The Future Centre Trust (FCT) is a locally based organization of the Caribbean island of Barbados. It aims to work with wider organizations such as UNCED to concentrate on economic and tourist activity in Barbados that is based on sustainable development for future generations on the island, the region and the wider world.
The Trust relies on donations and volunteers to keep it running. The head of the trust was a local agronomist, Colin Hudson, who unfortunately died a few years ago. The Trust connected with an international NGO, Counterpart International and Counterpart Caribbean was created which now oversees the Trust's functioning. The Trust's exhibition centre is open five days per week to the public for a nominal charge. The Future Centre is located at Shop Hill, St Thomas, Barbados.
