This image is of a cover of The EP (Limited Edition) by the band Fuser. Permission for it's use has been gained by all members of the band. --Esradekan 02:28 pm, 25 July 2007.

Though this album cover is subject to copyright, it is assumed that its use is covered by fair use laws because:

1. It illustrates an educational article about the album from which the cover illustration was taken.
2. It is used as the primary means of visual identification of the album.
3. It is a low resolution image.
4. It is only a small portion of the commercial product.
5. It is not replaceable with any free or uncopyrighted image.
