[edit] Family tree
Greetings. I reverted your insertion of Fu Zhongwen to the T'ai Chi family tree table more because it disrupts the format of the table than any problem with Fu. The lines don't line up anymore because of your edits. On top of that, if we were to list every disciple of each family on the main article, it would become very unwieldy very fast. That is why Ma Yueh-liang isn't on the Wu list, for example. Fu should go on the Yang family article tree more so than the main article's tree. I'll redo that table so you can see what I mean. Regards, --Fire Star 03:49, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
I've added Fu Zhongwen to the family tree in the Yang family article in a way that doesn't disrupt the alignments of the other names. I wish I knew more about the infoboxes that some articles have, because the ASCII setup the family tree uses takes a LOT of work to add things to it... I hope this makes sense. [edit] Greetings
Thanks for your email. There is no doubt that Fu is important to modern T'ai Chi, and that he was one of YCF's most important disciples. I even use some interviews with him, the things he says, as a perfect example of what to look for to distinguish a proper T'ai Chi teacher, and I teach Wu style! His attitude was very traditional, and that is what we try for, also. Like many others worthy of their own articles, and to keep the main article from gettin too big, we should link to him from his style's page, and that page should be linked from the main article. Cheers! --Fire Star 01:25, 28 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Youtube
Mr Hu12 why has the links to youtube been removed? has wiki ban links to youtube? .--fuqilung
Your contributions to wikipedia consist mainly of adding external links and is considered WP:Spam. Looking through your contributions as a whole, the majority seem to be external link related only. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a link farm. You're here to improve Wikipedia -- not just to funnel readers off Wikipedia and onto some other site, right? see Links normally to be avoided Hu12 23:40, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Excuse me mr Hu12
Yes wiki is an online encyclopedia, the links are not for funnelling to other website for no reason, it allows people to not only read, but see online content which is the advantage on the internet, unless you can tell me how to upload videos to wiki, this is the only way to allow readers to see the content. I feel insulted that you suggest that my contributions are only limited to ext links.--fuqilung
- May Also want to take a look at WP:EL and WP:RS specifically "Sites which fail to provide licensing information". your contributions Fuqilung--Hu12 00:15, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Just for your information I am a disciple of Master Fu sheng yuan an instructor at his academy in Perth and he has given me authority to contribute to wiki. So what ever content related to him or his father, which I input or link are with his permission. If this still doesn't allow me to links them am I then allowed to mention the website. Fuqilung 00:23, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
- In that case additions such as that are a WP:COI, asside from Links normally to be avoided this is addressed specifically Advertising and conflicts of interest. I'd suggest adding content rather than links, and be mindfull of WP:POV, statements as they may be removed.--Hu12 00:28, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Ok not a problem, Fuqilung 00:35, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
