[edit] I'm on it!!
Firstly, I just have to say thank you for being honest and being sure to avoid WP:COI. Since the notability of Nerdcore is still (somewhat) in dispute, I'm going to start an article on you in my userspace, then move it to a "real" article once it has enough info to survive an AfD. Secondly, thanks for having some sources already listed on your userpage -- those will help a lot! Spazure 05:59, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, after doing some research (using your sources and some of my own sleuthing), you still don't meet WP:NMG. Next time you're written about in any publication (newspaper/magazine/basically anything that's not a blog or a friend's website), let me know, as it might be just enough to push you over the edge. The mentions in Wired and Esquire cover more the song than you specifically, so we need at least one, preferably two articles in independent sources that are about (or mostly about) you specifically as a musician. As soon as such references are available, I'll create the article. Interestingly enough, Nursehella doesn't seem to pass, either. You could even try contacting local media to see if they'll do a short spot on you (the references for notability for MC Router, for example, were the Dalls Observer and Fort-Worth Star Telegram, the remainder of the articles didn't affect her notability -- they were just used for verification and expansion of information). spazure (contribs) 08:08, 23 August 2007 (UTC)
Solid. Thanks for looking into it. I am going to keep on doing my thing and maybe my notability will increase in the world.. and in the great Wikipedia. -funky49 18:31, 23 August 2007 (UTC)

I have DEVO on Vinyl - can the infamous Funky49 maybe scratch some DEVO and BEASTY BOYS together to make a montage of sheer ear delight? Is it possible? You could save the world as we know it with this medley of harmony – Maybe add a touch of John Denver to round it off. Help us Funky49 our ears are hungry. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.194.144.130 (talk) 16:15, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
