Funking Conservatory

The Funking Conservatory is a professional wrestling school run by wrestling legend Dory Funk, Jr.. Located in a gymnasium owned by Funk in Ocala, Florida, it trains wrestlers according to the "Dory Funk Method" of professional wrestling.
Graduates of the Funking Conservatory include Kurt Angle, Edge, Christian Cage, Rhino, Steve Corino, Lita, Mickie James, Paul London, Gene Snitsky, Genichiro Tenryu, Jun Akiyama, Chris Sabin, Christopher Daniels, Taka Michinoku, Osamu Nishimura, Val Venis, Sylvan Grenier, Test, Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, and Rico Constantino.

Edge, Kurt Angle, and the Hardys were NOT TRAINED by Dory Funk. That is a marketing ploy used by Funk's wife Marti to try and draw more students into her school. Edge was trained in Canada, and it is well documented that the Hardy's trained themselves. Dory Funk was once the developmental leader for WWE, but when it was found out that Marti Funk was allowing non-contracted wrestlers to be trained by Dory and charging them at the same time, Dory was released from WWE Developmental trainer duties.
