The FUNimation Channel is a 24-hour anime network that showcases some of FUNimation's properties. OlympuSAT[1] was chosen as the exclusive distributor of the network. The FUNimation channel is North America's second 24-hour dubbed animé cable outlet, the first being ADV Films' The Anime Network. Starting March 3, 2008, 7 new titles have been added to the 24-hour channel. On May 1st, 2008 however FUNimation pulled all their programming from Colours TV effectively cancelling the FUNimation Channel. FUNimation has yet to give a reason for the cancellation.

[edit] Brief history
Shortly before the Navarre acquisition, FUNimation conducted a survey on its website asking the fans what they thought about a 24-hour anime cable network. Several months passed and Navarre had completed its acquisition of FUNimation before the company announced the FUNimation Channel.
