Fume

Fume and fumes can mean:

  • Noxious gases and vapours
  • As a component of air, solid particles formed by condensation from the gaseous state, e.g. metal oxides from volatised metals, with particle size is between 0.1 and 1 micrometres.
  • Fumé, a brand of English wine.
