José Rodrigues Alves Antunes (born 15 July 1976 in Belém), nicknamed Fumaça, is a former Brazilian footballer.
He played football in England in 1999 and 2000, having spells for Colchester United, Barnsley, Crystal Palace, and Newcastle United, where he played five Premier League games. He also played in Germany for Türkiyemspor Berlin, SC Paderborn 07, and SV Wilhelmshaven. Other clubs he played for include Catuense Futebol SA, América Football Club, Sociedade Esportiva e Recreativa Caxias do Sul, and FK Drnovice.

Since January 2008, Fumaça plays for the German Oberliga club Türkiyemspor Berlin again.[1][2]
