It should be noted somewhere that the 240-pin configuration is NOT compatible with DDR2 memory either logically or physically. FB-DIMM's are notched differently (probably a good thing since they are not electrically compatible) See: Crucial Explanationfor reference. BluesFiddler 05:55, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

Is there such a thing as an ECC or non-ECC fully buffered dimm?
