Fults Hill Prairie State Natural Area is an Illinois Nature Preserve on 997 acres (4.03 km²) in Monroe County, Illinois, United States.

The preserve is dominated by the steep Mississippi River limestone bluffs, ravines, upland forest, and prairie.

The preserve is home to a vide variety of species found in few other location in Illinois. Some of these include native prairie grass, cactus, scorpions, skinks, fence lizards, and many more.
