Fulbert Youlou

Abbé Fulbert Youlou (July 9, 1917 – May 5, 1972) was a Brazzaville-Congolese political figure. He served as Prime Minister of the Republic of the Congo between 1958 and 1960. He served as the first President of the Republic of the Congo, from 1960 until 1963, when he was deposed.
