Detective Conan: Full Score of Fear (名探偵コナン 戦慄の楽譜?) is the 12th movie installment of the popular manga and anime series Detective Conan. The initial screening of the movie in Japan was scheduled on April 19, 2008.

Serial murders involving all kinds have happened. All the victims are from a Music School led by a famous pianist. Conan and company have been invited to an opening concert of the Music Hall built by the pianist. The biggest attraction of this concert is a world famous Stradivarius violin and a special appearance of a singer who has perfect pitch.

  • Doumoto Kazuki (堂本 一揮?): Japan's top organist and a former pianist. Voiced by Nobuo Tanaka (田中 信夫 Tanaka Nobuo?).
  • Doumoto Genya (堂本 弦也?): Doumoto Kazuki's son. Also a pianist and the concert in-charge. Voiced by Kousuke Meguro (目黒 光祐 Meguro Kousuke?)
  • Akiba Reiko (秋庭 怜子?): Gifted soprano with perfect pitch and a performer at the concert. She was also an alumni of Teitan Elementary School attended by Conan. Voiced by Hōko Kuwashima (桑島 法子 Kuwashima Hōko?).
  • Chigusa Rara (千草 らら?): Doumoto Kazuki's assistant, she was also a soprano but not performing at the concert. Voiced by Yūko Mizutani (水谷 優子 Mizutani Yūko?).
  • Fuwa Takumi (譜和 匠?): Superintendent of Doumoto Concert Hall, had been responsible for maintenance of the pianos of the Doumoto family. Voiced by Eisuke Yoda (依田 英助 Yoda Eisuke?).
  • Hans Müller: An organ tuner from Germany. Voiced by Francis Pol.
  • Kawabe Souko (河辺 奏子?): Violinist with a Stradivarius.
  • Yamane Shion (山根 紫音?): Violinist and stand-in for Kawabe Souko. Voiced by Mami Kingetsu (金月 真美 Kingetsu Mami?).
