Fuji Food Products is a food manufacturer based in Santa Fe Spring, California, USA, that specializes in ready-to-eat sushi products for supermarkets in the United States.

In 1990, Fuji Food Products was established as a family business in San Diego, California. It offered sushi products for regional supermarkets. By 1998, Fuji Food Products started to expand its business to major supermarket chains by introducing the brand name "Fujisan". [1]
With over 600 employees, Fuji Food Products is now the largest provider and distributor of pre-packaged Sushi in the United States. The company services over 3,000 store accounts across the United States and continues to expand into underserved markets.
