Fuad Pacha

Fuad Pacha was the Ottoman envoy to the Lebanon. He ordered the execution of Jamal al-Din Hamdan and ten other Lebanese Druze sheikhs for their participation in the atrocities of the Lebanese civil war of 1859-1860 against the Maronite Christians, though this sentence was not carried out.
