Create a show-hide box.
Have to use with {{User:Ftbhrygvn/old/Templates/hboxmiddle}} and/or {{User:Ftbhrygvn/old/Templates/hboxbottom}}

[edit] Parameters

Title - compulsory, the header of the box.
Display - optional, yes or no, show or hidden by default. The default value of this field is no.
