FSN Kansas City is a regional sports network serving the Kansas City region. Originally a sub-feed of FSN Midwest, the network became FSN Kansas City in 2008 as a result of a new long-term broadcast agreement with Major League Baseball's Kansas City Royals. In addition, FSN Kansas City will televise 140 Royals games during the 2008 regular season. FSN Kansas City became a full channel after Royals Sports Television Network went off the air.

Other programming on the network will include (some produced by FSN Midwest):

  • Big 12 Conference football from the University of Missouri, University of Kansas, and Kansas State University
  • Kansas State basketball, volleyball and baseball
  • Missouri basketball, volleyball, baseball and wrestling
  • Big 12 women's basketball, baseball and championships
  • Missouri Valley Conference basketball and championships
  • College coaches' shows
  • Missouri high school football and basketball championships
