I have found no information containing the release of this game to the PS3. Has anyone else found any? :^) §†SupaSoldier†§ 02:31, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

A fan of the series that owns a PS3 could Photoshop a logo onto the official web-site? While I suppose this could happen, wouldn't Kaos Studios notice that their website was defaced?

I thought the whole point of the cancellation was that they didnt have enough funds and went outside their budget. Not that it was too hard to develop for the PS3 - that doesnt make any sense... afterall, how many PS3 games are there that use Unreal Engine 3? And that article is quite biased if you ask me... The company has not set an exact release date for this game. It has only said February 2008 at this time. Retailers are listing a variety of release dates but none of them are confirmed.

No release date has been released by the company or given to the media or retailers. They are speculating and are incorrect. The countdown timer on exeoinc.com is incorrect. I am the Community Manager for the company and have linked to the Kaos Studios FAQ where this is stated. The official THQ page also has no release date beyond "coming soon".

The official website has "coming soon" and the FAQ on the Kaos Studios site says "February 2008" as I linked to yesterday. This is speculation on the part of the sites you referenced.

I've enabled email on my account and put in my THQ email. Not sure whatever proof you need but what happened to "be polite" and "assume good faith"? Whether you believe who I am or not, I'm telling you the company has not announced a release date which can easily be verified. Just because the media or retailers put up a date does not make it a fact. Even if you are who you say you are, email to you constitutes original research, and does not count here. You need to review our policies on verifiability: information here doesn't need to be "the truth" it only needs to be verifiable to a reliable source, which the above information clearly is. Removing reliably sourced information is a big no no here, it's considered vandalism. Keep it up and you're going to end up unable to edit. ⇒SWATJester Son of the Defender 14:42, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
By the way, your "sources" are unusable. The first one doesn't even mention release dates, so it doesn't help you. The second one is a wiki, meaning it does not qualify as a reliable source. As I said before, even if you are who you say you are, which is doubtful, it doesn't mean you get to control this article; in fact your attempts to remove the reliably sourced information constitute a conflict of interest. As I said before: stop removing the sourced release date, or you're going to end up blocked from editing. If you have a problem with the release date, take it up with Gamespot, IGN, GamingTrend, and the multitude of other sites that disagree with you. Edit warring isn't going to solve the problem. I've confirmed that Mjayg is really KaosMitch, the community manager. I think both of your points should be included in the article. If he is the community manager, then first of all it's a conflict of interest for him to be editing this, and second of all, he has the power to say explicitly on his site that there is no release date. Regardless of the policies, the entry on this game is still incorrect. The media and retailers speculate on a release date until one is announced and if you look at sites other than IGN and Gamespot there are many different dates listed. I'm telling you as a representative of the developer and publisher of the game we have not announced a release date any more specific than February 2008 and the official site (www.frontlines.com) and THQ's site list no release date beyond "coming soon" or "available now" (for pre-order). As for your statement "to say explicitly on his site that there is no release date" - the Kaos Studio FAQ that I have linked to previously lists "February 2008" as the release date and states that no specific date has been announced. mjayg (talk) 05:41, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

February 2008 is still a release date, and where there is ambiguity in the "official date", we can resolve it by looking at the extremely widely reported date from respected sites like IGN and Gamespot (who frankly, are more trustworthy than the vast majority of sites that say otherwise). If you really want to fix it, do one of two things: announce on the Kaos Studio site that there "is no release date" (not specific, none at all), or announce on the Kaos studios site the specific release date. ⇒SWATJester Son of the Defender 15:22, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

Actually, it shipped from the manufacturers on the 25th, 'release' date when you can buy it online like Steam / D2D and shops is 27th US and 29th UK. I'm in the UK and want this game and surprise surprise I can't, even though it's after your release date. Anyway, wouldn't have commented at all but what a poor attitude you have! Calling it radical left-wing propoganda is a bit of a stretch. The story is actually fairly well written, and is a major component of the SP mode, with cutscenes and characters integrated into the game. 199.101.9.224 (talk) 15:28, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Yes, someone should also include the issues that huge numbers of Vista (also some XP) users are having with even starting the game. It simply won't run, for inexplicable reasons, on many computers. ---- AF 3-18-08
