Why exactly are they there among some African and Middle Eastern economies. And if they are, why aren't there Latvia or Slovakia? And what makes them so different from some emerging markets like the Czech Republic, Poland or HungarY?H2ppyme (talk) 13:13, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
