According to Waterstone's website, the book is still available to pre-order, despite apparently being released in January 2008. It is not listed at all on Amazon.co.uk, nor is it part of a bundle of the 12 other Decide Your Destiny books available from The Book People.
It would seem this book has been cancelled and will never be published.
