Frost is the second full-length album by Norwegian progressive metal band Enslaved. This album in particular is where the band started to incorporate viking metal influences to their sound; indeed, the name "Viking Metal" appears on the back page of the insert booklet. The black metal sections also appear to be Enslaved at their fastest and most violent. This would be the last album to feature drummer Trym Torson before jumping ship to Emperor.
