Front of House Magazine

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Front of House Magazine (abbreviated FOH) is a worldwide news service for live audio professionals. Published by Timeless Communications, the magazine comes in digital or "analog" (print) format and is available free of charge to qualified professionals, enthusiasts, and students. Information on digital and live sound consoles, amplifiers, processors, microphones, speakers, trade shows, major concert/production tours, theatre, installations and industry news can be found within the pages of FOH.

The abbreviated name, FOH, is an initialism for Front of House and should therefore be pronounced as an abbreviation, not phonetically.

Sister magazine Projection, Lights and Staging News reports on theatrical and concert lighting as well as large format video and projection for entertainment in the same formats.

Timeless Communications also owns another free live production magazine which is totally about theater, called "Stage Directions". Stage Directions looks at theatre all the way from high school, college community, regional to equity theatre productions. The magazine has been in continuous print for 19 years.
