From The Inside is the fourth album, and third studio album, by the country rock band Poco. The album, though sprinkled with many strong individual songs, as a whole is morose and unpleasant in tone. The band itself was unhappy with this record after its release. The strong tracks include "Hoe Down," "Bad Weather" (penned by new member Paul Cotton), "You Are the One," "Railroad Days" (also by Cotton), and "Just For Me And You."
