"From Little Things Big Things Grow" is a song released by Paul Kelly & The Messengers on the album Comedy (1991).

The song was co-written by Paul Kelly and Kev Carmody and is based on the story of The Gurindji Strike and Vincent Lingiari.

The song was performed at the Australian leg of Live Earth by Kelly, Carmody, John Butler, and Missy Higgins.[1][2] The song could have been considered "the event's anthem."[3] Rolling Stone cited the performance as a highlight, stating the "whole crowd sung along – all eleven verses."[4]

The GetUp Mob, organised by advocacy group GetUp!, version was released April 21, 2008[5]. This featured elements of the apology to the Stolen Generations, made by Prime Minister Kevin Rudd on February 13, 2008, as well as former Prime Minister Paul Keating's Redfern Speech on December 10, 1992. The track features Paul Kelly and Kev Carmody, as well as other prominent Australian artists. This version debuted at number 4 on the ARIA singles chart on April 28, 2008.
