[edit] FritzpollBot

I am the operator of a bot User:FritzpollBot which was recently approved for a 100-edit trial run. The bot, if approved, will create a stub article on every town and village that does not have an article. That is, the intention of the bot is to complete the geographical coverage of settlements within Wikipedia, at least as stubs. The idea was presented by, and detailed by User:Blofeld of SPECTRE and User:Editorofthewiki - I am just the monkey who translated their ideas into code: really, this is their bot.

That said, if you have any comments/complaints/questions about the bot, ask me not them :)

[edit] Barnstars

The Editor's Barnstar
I have awarded you this Barnstar for all your recent edits to The Apprentice (UK). The article has completely transformed since January-keep up the good work! Dalejenkins 18:13, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
What a Brilliant Idea Barnstar
You've made a valiant, civil, well-thought out guideline aimed appropriately at providing guidance for the inevitable AfDs for recent crime victims/crimes. I'm not sure at this point how the guideline will rest with the community, but your efforts have not gone unnoticed! Keeper | 76 | Disclaimer 16:29, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
The Editor's Barnstar
You took a mess of an article, and in about 10 edits, with red pen in hand, NPOV in mind, and quality at heart, made a respectable article out of a disaster of an article here Keeper | 76 | Disclaimer 14:51, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
The Geography Barnstar
I hope you accept this award for your outstanding work in creating all the articles on the missing places. Wikipedia is already very much the better for it. Keep up the good work! John Carter (talk) 17:25, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
