Since this article was (properly) AfD'd there has been new news coverage and I believe this coverage means that circumstances are substantially changed from the AfD and this deserves a second look. When the article was first deleted, the deletion was appealed to me and I declined to do anything because it looked like a good call. But, circumstances have changed since there is new news coverage.
