Anyone agree that "Fridays" sucks now? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.50.86.61 (talkcontribs)

Yup, needs cartoons, Cartoon Networks needs to show a LOT less live-action as of late. Mr. Brigg's Ink 20:56, 26 November 2006 (UTC) Eh?

  • Cartoons. Yes... Cartoon + Network = CARTOONS! It all makes sense! If you click the link below and click franchises on where the link leads... let's just say it's ugly. WizardDuck 02:40, 22 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Hmm…

If I recall… The original Cartoon Cartoon Friday had a lottery type thing. Not wavebars. and had a new episode system too

EXAMPLE:

First Week Dexter's Lab: Ed Edd Eddy (NEW!) Power Puff Girls

Second Week Dexter's Lab: Ed Edd Eddy Power Puff Girls (NEW!)

Dexter's Lab and What a CartooN! Were skipped of course.

It looks like Fridays is going to be replaced by a new block called Fried Dynamite http://www.cartoonnetwork.com/promos/upfront/ User:Cheetahman2006

  • NOOO! PLEASE DON'T KILL WHAT TINY SHRED OF DIGNITY CN HAS LEFT! Seriously, what kind of name is "Fried Dynamite" anyway? Another step towards a brainless CN. WizardDuck 02:40, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
  • I actually liked the Cartoon Network Fridays 2005-06, if only for the fact that it had Tara Sands...My one major gripe about it was the choice of music guests they had during 2006 (mostly third-rate urban/hip-hop rubbish like Sammie and Chris Brown that hardly anyone outside of an inner-city-ghetto cares for). I'm angry at CN for having fired Tara to make way for this Fried Dynamite revamp, and if anyone here thought that Fridays sucked before, prepare for Fried Dynamite to suck 1,000+ times worse without Tara around... -Tim 4.160.6.113 23:34, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Fridayslogo.jpg

Image:Fridayslogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 08:35, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] 15th Anniversary

The Cartoon Network article says that nothing is planned for CN's 15th anniversary, but then over here it says that 2 weeks of the original Cartoon Cartoon Fridays (the one hosted by the cartoon cartoons) will be shown in honor of Cartoon Network's 15th before the launch of the new friday block Fried Dynamite. I've also heard rumors about this, but can't confirm it. Is it true? If so, should we put it on the Cartoon Network article?? If not, should I take it off the other article???? 68.195.110.145 16:50, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The "Fridays" Rumor's false

It's already two weeks before Fried Dynamite: Kids on Crack crap, and guess what aired on the first Friday ... Naruto Hundo, a three-day Naruto marathon ... so it's false. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 75.1.161.132 (talk) 17:57, August 21, 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Friday's Blocks

Shouldn't we least mention what shows were fequently part of the show's block during the original run of CCF? Or should we at least mention the shows that were broadcast? Gamloverks (talk) 17:02, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
