Frith van der Merwe

Frith van der Merwe (born May 26, 1964) is a South African athlete.
She competed in the South African ultramarathon, the Comrades Marathon in the late 1980s and early 90s with astonishing success, setting records for both up and down run, one of which was still standing in 2005.
