Friedia Monnamur Niimura is a singer, model, actress, Designer clothing and television presenter.

She was born February 19, 1980 in Munich, Germany. Her father is Japanese, and her mother is Brazilian.[1] Her younger brother Joshua was a model/actor but died in mid May 2008. He was the former husband of the singer, model and actress Anna Tsuchiya.[2][3]
She lived in the USA until she was 13, then moved to Japan, where in the mid-1990s she started using the nickname Rin Kozue and performed as a model on several late shows on TV. Later she was a presenter for several TV music shows.
Then in 2001, she started singing in a punk indie band called "Grizzly". The band parted ways in 2005.
In 2002, she showed up in the tabloids for her break up with the actor Yoshihiko Hakamada and started a romance with Benji Madden from Good Charlotte.[citation needed]
In 2003 she decided to launch a rare-items fashion label called "Black Daisy Ville" with her friend the singer Olivia Lufkin. This fashion line would continue until 2004, when a summer line of clothes and accessories were released.
She moved to California with Madden in 2005, but they broke up soon after. During this time, she acted in the movie Dekotora no Shu: Koino hanasaku shimizuko and had a small roles in other films.[1]
Currently she models for Vision Model LA[4] and has her own clothes line that can seen on her official website.
