Nickelodeon's Friday Night Slimetime is a remake of the original Slime Time Live. The show claims to be slimier and messier than ever. Since the programming consists of Nicktoons, the show is taped at the Nickelodeon Animation Studios in California. The series premiered Friday, September 23, 2005. The show is now cancelled, as it has not yet returned for a second season.

- Spew or A: Three player challenge. A Nicktoon trivia game in which you get slimed whenever you get an answer right. First person to be slimed three times first wins.
- Nicktoons Dance-Off: Two player challenge. A Nicktoons version of Dance Dance Revolution; with Nicktoon theme music (a mix of show themes) playing in the background. People try to distract you with random items. Whoever score the highest wins gets slimed.

- The intro of this show seems similar to Friday Night Nicktoons.
- One version of this show was a Medieval version of Slimetime, taped at Nickelodeon Family Suites for a "SpongeBob SquarePants Lost In Time" special.
