[edit] SDP international affiliation

I suspect the affiliation was to the Liberal International but I don't know for sure I'm afraid. (the 1984 Euro election funding certainly came to the SDP via the Liberal grouping) The SDP did apply to join the Socialist grouping but were refused as Labour were already the UK affiliates. Obviously there was more to the politics of it than that but that was the reason given I believe. - Galloglass 00:21, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

Michael Gallagher (British politician) was the only SDP MP and I believe he sat with the Liberal grouping. Hope this helps, cheers - Galloglass 01:02, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
Thank you for the information! --Free Socialist (talk) 01:17, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Labourrose.png)

Thanks for uploading Image:Labourrose.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 19:03, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Userboxes

Hi there. I assume it was you that e-mailed me. If you want to do what I've done with the userboxes use the following code:

<div style="height: 300px; width: 282px; overflow: auto; padding: 3px;text-align: left; border:solid 1px; float:right" ;>
{{userbox}}
</div>
