[edit] Do not add copyrighted content
You have twice added copyrighted content to History of the Jews in Iceland which I've now deleted. Above I see you've been warned about this before. Please stop or you are likely to be blocked. Haukur 22:01, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] History of the Jews in Iceland
I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article History of the Jews in Iceland, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. [edit] Block
You again added material copied from another website to the article. I am placing an indefinite block on your account. If you convince me that you have a rudimentary understanding of copyright and will not violate it in the future I will lift the block. Haukur 17:48, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
The user has sent me e-mails requesting to be unblocked. I do not feel justified in doing so. On the other hand I've told him that he can appeal my block by using the 'unblock' template. If he does that I ask the reviewing admin(s) to look at the situation without prejudice, I will not feel slighted in the least if the decision is made to unblock the user. I have unblocked the user after promises by e-mail that he will not plagiarze articles. Haukur 17:22, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
