[edit] Locator map

This article needs a locator showing the position of the territory in the world. -- Beland 01:06, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

Well... first, it's part of the state of Hawaii, not a territory, so for a map, go to Hawaii, or Northwestern Hawaiian Islands, the region of Hawaii. If we put a regional map on this page, we set a precedent of putting regional maps on all ten of the NW Hawaiian Islands' pages, when one could just go to the superior page. Oahu, Maui, and Molokai don't have maps showing their relationship to the other islands, do they? SeanMD80talk | contribs 04:13, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

Oahu, Maui, and Molokai don't have maps showing their relationship to the other islands, do they? They do actually, and the individual NW islands would probably benefit from a map showing where they are in Hawaii as well (I think showing where they are in the world is probably unnecessary though) - fortunately Image:Hawaiianislandchain USGS.png already exists and I don't see anything wrong with putting a copy in each article.
