In addition to basic wikification (e.g. linking "Israeli Embassy" as Israeli embassy to Japan or Israeli embassy in Japan or whatever is appropriate) and grammar (e.g. "the Government" should not be capitalized), the article needs a far better introduction, which introduces the subject and at the very least uses the word "Japan" which, currently, does not appear in the introduction at all.
