According to Crime Through Time By Stephen Richards, the film's main character was based on Foreman (such as Goodfellas Jimmy Conway and real life mobster Jimmy Burke). (MadMax 08:58, 24 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Inaccuracies

There are a lot of things slightly wrong in this article. Foreman's brother was not killed by Evans, only injured around the groin area. Fred admitted this in his own book long before Frankie Fraser commented on it. The Krays, as a return favour, were meant to have killed Jimmy Evans but messed it up.

Although Fred carried out several favours for the Krays he wasn't really on their payrole. He ran his own gang that specialised in armed robberies. They certainly never needed The Twin's protection. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.25.51.111 (talk • contribs)

I've reworded the statements. Thanks for pointing them out. MadMax 21:18, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
