[edit] 1998

Didn't he appear in 1998 as Bianca's doctor before becoming the Walford GP? -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 23:53, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

Sorry this is very late, but just seen this. Did u get that bit about Bianca from Walford web? I cant confirm whether what they say is accurate or not, is possible since they released a statement about him being an upcoming arrival in March 1998. But various sources say his first appearance was in Jan 1999, inlcuding the Who's who book, his official BBC profile, and that programme catalogue. Maybe the episode guideds on walford.net will shed some light? I'll remove that bit about Bianca until we can confirm. Gungadin 20:52, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
I just found an article from September 1998, going on about Matthew Robinson retiring Dr Legg and replacing him with Fonseca. It says "His place is being filled by alternative medicine fan Frederico Fonseca, played by Jimmy Mistry, 25, who made his debut in Sunday's hour-long special", which means that he did first appear in 1998, on Sunday the 13th apparently. Though he's not mentioned by name, Bianca's doctor is mentioned here -Trampikey(talk)(contribs) 11:28, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
