This is a screenshot from the series Okusama wa Mahou Shojo: Bewitched Agnes. The shot is of Freya, a secondary character, and will be used to illustrate the character section of the series's page. The resolution of the shot is pretty good, and the shot came from http://randomc.animeblogger.net/2005/09/18/oku-sama-wa-mahou-shoujo-09/, one of the only sites that has decent screenshots of this series, which was never released in North America. For copyright information purposes, Okusama wa Mahou Shojo was released by the Media Factory, J.C. Staff in 2005.

There seems to be some concern over the image having fair use, but the reason given for this concern was less than helpful. My original paragraph contained all of the needed information, but the admin don't seem to notice things like that.

Portion used	It is one screenshot of a show that has thirteen episodes of about 22 minutes each. It's not going to affect the company's ability to sell merchandise, especially because the series is not for sale in the United States.
Low resolution?	The resolution of this image is high.
Purpose of use	The picture has already been in place on the Okusama wa Mahou Shojo article for several days without complaint. It's an illustration of the character on a page that is being developed for the series.
Replaceable?	This shot should not be replaced unless a better one is found, which is probably not going to happen for quite some time, if ever.
