Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a very low resolution copy of a CD album cover.
2. The image does not limit the ability for the publisher to sell this CD, it in fact promotes it if anything
3. The resolution is so low that it could not be used for illegal covers of bootleg CDs.
4. This image by it's core nature is of discussion in the article.
5. This image is important as it identifies an album containing famous songs by, Arkana.
