During the fall of 2002 and early 2003 Master Sergeant Dave Ahlschwede, Staff Sergeant Mitch Fuqua, and Airman First Class Isaac G.L. Freeman of the United States Air Force 31st Combat Communications Squadron created a series of affirmation posters while stationed at Aviano Air Base, Italy.
