[edit] Fresno Disrtict Spelling Bee
On February 15, FUSD held a spelling bee in sunnyside highschool. With approximately 50 contestants(the champions of their own schools)battling to get to the top two(will represent the district for the county), A student from Lawless Elementary K-8 named Moira Tan, a fifth grader who is currently 10,won. The second place went to Elizabeth Rodriguez, a 6th grader from Manchester GATE school.
