Frente Cívico

The Frente Cívico pro Defensa del Casino de la Selva is a social movement made up of several organizations in Mexico. Its stated purpose is to defend the environment, universal culture and the quality of life in the city of Cuernavaca, Morelos, and elsewhere. It is currently leading a campaign against Costco claiming that it is responsible for considerable destruction of both the environment and culture in Cuernavaca.
