French News is a newspaper, based in Périgueux, Dordogne, France.
It is in English, read mostly by English-speaking expatriates, tourists and French people hoping to improve their English. It also has a large number of subscribers in England, who are regular visitors or former residents of France.
It aims to help foreigners integrate into French society by not only delivering the news from across France but also explaining it in a manner that the average reader will understand. Regular features such as the ‘French polish’, try to help readers understand the origins and nuances of the French language.
