Fremd im eigenem land

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The song "Fremd im eigenem Land" (Foreign in your own nation) was produced by Advanced Chemistry in November of 1992.[1]

The single became a staple in the German hip hop scene. It made a strong statement about the status of immigrants throughout Germany, as the group was composed of multi-national and multi-racial members. In the video, one member shows a passport to imply that he is German according to the passport, but still not accepted as German by the rest of the society. [2]
