Frelsburg is an unincorporated community in Colorado County, Texas, United States. It lies at the intersection of Farm Roads 109 and 1291. The community was founded around 1837 by Capt. William Frels and his brother John Frels, who immigrated to Texas from Germany in 1834. [1] [2]
