Fredrik Hermansson (born July 18, 1976) is a Swedish musician. He is currently a Keyboardist and backing vocalist in the Swedish progressive metal band Pain of Salvation. He is also a member of the fusion band Programming Defaced along with Simon Andersson from Pain of Salvation, and the tango band Tango Corazón. Fredrik studied both classical and jazz piano at Birka Folkhögskola in Östersund, Sweden, and chamber music in Västerås, Sweden, where he received a Master's degree [1].
