Frederick “Spar” M’Cormack (born July 25, 1965) is a boxer from Sierra Leone, who competed in the Light Heavyweight division (75-81 kg) at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. He did not medal but fought on the same stage with future boxing hall of famers like Evander Holyfield, Tyrell Biggs, Pernell Whitaker, Mark Breland, Meldrick Taylorand others from perhaps the best ever boxing team to be assemble by the United States of America .

Spar turned pro in 1985 and had some success. He won his pro debut against future titlist Mauro Galvano, as well as his other fight in 1988. Spar later went on to U.C. Berkeley, where he studied Mathematics and Physics. He fought once again in 1991 and 2003, respectively winning and losing in his two comeback fights. His career record is 4-1-1. Spar later went on to U.C. Berkeley, where he studied Mathematics and Physics. Spar is presently living in the United States.
